Ellen Presby has represented clients in cases involving defective products, including pharmaceuticals and medical products, for more than 20 years.  She has represented manufacturers and injured individuals, giving her a unique perspective for the development and handling of the cases.  In all cases, the most important component for her is the client.  She works very hard to make sure the client is represented in the best way possible.
