Ellen Presby is a Consultant with Trial Psychology Institute.  Through TPI, Ellen assists other trial lawyers in theme development, witness preparation, focus groups, and jury selection.  Her more than 20 years of experience as a trial lawyer, working on issues related to jury perspective and bias, gives her an edge in this practice.  She immerses herself in the facts of the case, helping the lawyer  to understand the strength and weaknesses of the case and to prepare in the presentation for both.  She has consulted in jury selection in the following types of cases:
