Firm Overview
Presby Law Office was founded in 2007 by attorney Ellen A. Presby. As an attorney and accomplished trial lawyer for more than 20 years, Ellen dedicates herself to offering sound and professional legal services.
Ellen co-founded Mills Presby and Associates, L.L.P. in 1991, where she served as managing partner and head of the firm's civil and appellate practice for 10 years. She joined Baron & Budd, P.C. in 2001 and was a shareholder and member of the firm's Executive Committee, developing and trying environmental mass tort and pharmaceutical cases. She left Baron and Budd in 2007 to begin Presby Law Office to focus on pharmaceutical cases, a variety of personal injury cases, and jury consulting work with Trial Psychology Institute.
Upon founding her own firm, Ellen has created unique and solid relationships with an array of clients. Creating such relationships enables Ellen to truly examine all aspects of each case, dedicating her work to look out for each client's best interest.
Presby Law Office upholds Ellen's goals of utilizing her legal knowledge, experience and personal relationships to provide services in specialized areas of the law. She is following her passion to represent clients in specific personal injury cases, while utilizing her solid background in pharmaceutical law.
