She represented the only fen phen plaintiff in California to obtain a verdict against Wyeth in Hines v Wyeth, No. BC 304491 Sup. Ct. Cal., Los Angeles County, Southeast Dist. (Norwalk, CA).

She was successful in obtaining a verdict against W.R. Grace's Grace Energy in a case about a polluting pipeline, Grace Energy v. Kaneb Pipe Line, No. 97-05135-J, 191st Jud. Dist. Ct., Dallas County, Texas.

She has obtained verdicts in numerous product liability cases and successful resolutions in products liability, medical negligence, and sexual abuse cases.

She represented a jewelry company accused by Lloyd's of London of making a fraudulent claim, and the jury awarded more than $1.2 million dollars in bad faith damages against Lloyd's.  Status Diamonds v. Lloyds of London, Jud. Dist. Ct., Dallas County, Texas.
